Information collected indirectly from you or from your use of Noovo’s products and services, such as information about products and services you purchase from Noovo (e.g. warranty and product registrations, warranty claims, repair services, and parts orders), and non-specific location information inferred from your data such as your area code, your zip code, your country, your IP address, or your wi-fi access points;
3. Information from third-party sources, such as data from our service providers or public entities (e.g. the Department of Motor Vehicles) and information from social media accounts and other public media and user-generated content.

Disabling location tracking may prevent or limit you from using certain products or services.

Noovo uses the personal information and data collected to develop and improve the products and services offered and to provide you with more personalized experiences, both on the Site and through other media. Personal information collected by Noovo may be used for any of the following purposes:

To comply with any court order or other legal process, including responses to any government or regulatory agency, to establish, exercise, or defend Noovo’s rights, in connection with any investigation of fraud or any other unlawful activity, or, to protect Noovo if Noovo believes it must disclose personal information to protect the company and/or its employees from physical harm, property damage, financial loss, or otherwise;
5. To relevant third parties in the event of a potential or actual sale of all or some of Noovo’s business or assets, including but not limited to in connection with a merger, acquisition, joint venture, reorganization, divestiture, liquidation, bankruptcy, or similar event; or

If Noovo ever decides to “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by applicable privacy regulations, we will provide you with a notice and right to opt-out of such sale. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify an individual, without restriction.
DATA TRANSFERS. Therefore, while Noovo use commercially acceptable means to protect your “Personal Information” (defined as your name, postal address, email address, and/or telephone number), we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and/or any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so in accordance with any legally prescribed timeframes.
DATA RETENTION. Noovo may keep your personal information for as long as permitted or required by law. In some cases, Noovo may process the personal data but will not store it.

We honor privacy rights for individuals in certain locations as required by applicable laws and regulations and we strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. Noovo will accommodate requests to the extent the request applies to Noovo and does not violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. To the extent provided by the law of your jurisdiction and subject to this Privacy Policy, you may have the right to direct or ask Noovo:

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. This Site is not designed or intended to collect information from children under the age of 13. Upon request, Noovo will provide a parent or guardian with a description of any information that may have been provided about their child.
