As a fast-growing start-up, we are passionate about delivering high-quality vehicles and unforgettable travel experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support content production, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in shaping Noovo’s marketing strategy by managing day-to-day marketing initiatives and coordinating high-impact campaigns. This individual will oversee content production, coordinate travel logistics for promotional efforts, and lead influencer recruitment and collaborations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content, including blog posts, videos, social media assets, and email campaigns.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Organize and maintain a marketing content library, including images, videos, and copy, ensuring assets are accessible and up to date.
Influencer Collaboration:
- Assist in Identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and deliverables to align with Noovo’s goals.
- Monitor influencer campaigns and measure ROI using metrics like engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Travel Coordination:
- Organize travel logistics for marketing campaigns, influencer tours, and product showcases.
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing trips and brand events, including managing itineraries, accommodations, and event planning.
- Travel as needed with the noovo team for RV trade shows, community events and content shoots for both internal and external marketing efforts.
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales initiatives.
- Track project performance and prepare regular updates for leadership.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, managing inboxes and tracking performance.
- Support email marketing campaigns by crafting content and analyzing results.
- Contribute to SEO optimization efforts by coordinating content updates and keyword research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating content production and working with creative teams.
- Willingness to travel for events and photo shoots as needed.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Includes proficiency with phone calls!
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, Trello, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot
- Familiarity with GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Passion for travel and the RV lifestyle is a bonus!
- PST or Western United States as home base is a plus!
What We Offer:
- Full time salaried position at $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience + benefits package.
